1.Services

I provide web design, web development, WordPress / WooCommerce, custom dashboards and management systems, PHP backends, and related digital services. The exact scope, features, pages, deliverables and price of each project are agreed in advance (by message, email, proposal or invoice) and form the project agreement.

2.Project Scope & Changes

• Work is done only within the agreed scope.
• Any new feature, page, module or major change requested after the scope is agreed is treated as extra work and may change the price and the delivery time. I will tell you before starting it.
• Please share all requirements clearly at the start. Unclear or frequently changing requirements can delay the project.

3.Payment Terms

• The remaining balance is paid as agreed for the project (for example by milestone, or before final delivery and handover).
• Final files, source code, admin access and live deployment are handed over only after the full payment is cleared.
• Delayed payment can pause the project, and the delivery time will be extended by the same period.
• Payment methods (mobile banking, bank transfer, etc.) are confirmed with you in writing before payment. Any transaction or bank charge is paid by the Client.
• Domain, hosting, premium themes/plugins, paid APIs, stock images, fonts, advertising budget and other third-party costs are not included in my fee unless clearly written in the agreement.

4.Timeline & Client Responsibilities

• Delivery time is an estimate and starts after the advance payment and after I receive the required content (text, logo, images, credentials, etc.).
• Late feedback, missing content or late approvals from your side will extend the delivery time.
• You are responsible for the legality and ownership of any content, images, logos or materials you provide.

5.Revisions

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included, as stated in the project agreement. Changes that go beyond the original scope, or repeated redesign after approval, are charged as extra work.

6.Cancellation & Refund

If a project is cancelled after the order has been placed, the amount for the work already completed is kept and the remaining paid amount is converted into credit for another project. Please read the full details on the Refund Policy page, which is part of these terms.

7.Ownership & Intellectual Property

• After full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables made specifically for your project.
• Until full payment is received, all work remains my property and may not be used publicly or commercially.
• Third-party items (themes, plugins, libraries, fonts, stock media) remain under their own licenses.
• I may show the finished project (screenshots or link) in my portfolio and promotion, unless you ask me in writing not to, or the project is covered by a confidentiality agreement.

8.Delivery, Support & Maintenance

After delivery, bugs in the delivered work are fixed free of charge for the support period stated in the agreement. Content updates, new features, hosting management, ongoing maintenance and problems caused by third-party changes, hacking, or edits made by others are separate services and may be charged.

9.Confidentiality

I treat your business information, credentials and project data as confidential and use them only for your project. Please share passwords and access details only through secure channels, and change them after the project ends.

10.Limitation of Liability

I work carefully to deliver good quality, but I do not guarantee specific business results such as sales, traffic, rankings or profit. My total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you actually paid for that project. I am not responsible for loss caused by third-party services, hosting downtime, data loss from missing backups, or misuse of the delivered work.

11.Termination

I may pause or stop a project if payments are not made on time, if requirements are repeatedly not provided, or if communication becomes abusive or unlawful. In that case the cancellation calculation on the Refund Policy page applies.

12.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will first try to solve any disagreement through friendly discussion.

13.Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when your project was agreed apply to that project. The latest version is always available on this page.
